The Stylist did not seem to care at all, was not paying attention. I had to show her where she messed up and have her fix simple things. No craftsmanship or enthisiuam. I will never get my hair cut here again.
I get my hair cut and colored here and have for years. These ladies are experts and I won't trust anyone else with my hair. Shelby is my go to expert. I always love my highlights and my perfect layers--and we all know how tricky layers can be!!
one star is giving them so much ,they hacked my two sons hair ,uneven hard line parts.so unprofessional please save your money and buy yourself some scissors and clippers because you could do a better job

Went in to the Middleburg location to get my husband and daughters hair cut. No one acknowledged we were even there. We took a seat and waited for thirty mins. We decided to take our business else where when two of three stylist decided to take a break. Unfortunately we have been going here with our children for five years and are considering going elsewhere.
