We have been clients of Rich Morris for 20 years. We thought we had a good agent, this is what we have learned: This agent is simply a salesman. They do not handle claims, they do not have any control over your actual insurance policy. They simply collect your money to maintain an office and make a profit, and exist to sell you more insurance. We were fraudulently denied a claim from State Farm. The "professional” they sent out to inspect the damage has no certifications, and demonstrated that they are unqualified to assess damage to the house. On the basis of this inspection they denied an obviously covered damage. We have had two independent contractors out to inspect the damage and both came away with the exact opposite assessment of the damage. We called Rich Morris's office and were told they could do nothing; they did not talk about claims to the insurance they sell. We were blown off by the office manager Brandy(i??), we were told the owner Rich does not talk to clients, only his office staff does. Look up State farms records; they are in several class action and personal lawsuits. Spend your money wisely. Spend it elsewhere.
