Jerry and Jeremy came out today because I had a back up in my plumbing. I have had several plumbers come out over the last 5 years because of backups - every one of them have said that there were roots blocking the flow so when they snaked it, it cleared the line.....only to have it back up again in 6 months to a year. Jerry and Jeremy actually found the REAL problem which was a valve in the system that is designed to prevent backflow. The valve was so dry rotted, it wouldn't close to prevent backflow, but it WAS preventing the regular flow from exiting my home. They showed me the company name to be able to order a replacement part to fix the problem for good. I hesitated on paying the price when initially quoted, but I am SO glad I did. Thank you for a very professional and hopefully a final experience with this issue! Great job! I definitely got what I paid for and more with this team!

We called on a Monday to get someone out so we made the appointment for Wednesday for the hours of 8 to 12, well 12 came and went so we called and tbwy said that you are the next call ok no problem, so then aftee 1pm we get a call that he was in Fernandina and we arein middleburg, so we told them to come out the next day, what we thought was a slap leak the plumber said it was not so we did wbat he told us to do. That is did not fix the problem, so we had another plumber come out and come to find out that in fact it was a slap leak, so I will NEVER use this company again, we could have done more damage to my house since he said that it was not a slap leak and then cometo find out that it is a slap leak. What a way to di business, I am mad at the fact that we madw an appointment and he knew called to say hey I am running late until an hour after the appointment time, and then to find out thatit was what he said it was not....BAD BUSINESS MAN BAD BUSINESS.

This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. 1. I had an appointment window from 8 am to 12pm that I took off work to make sure that I was available for. The technician didn't get here until 4pm. When speaking with the people at the office regarding the tardiness, no one seemed to care. 2. The technician that was sent had only been on the job about a week, had no clue how to fixed the situation, didn't have the proper equipment and was recommending solutions that turned out to be completely wrong. Needless to say he was unable to do anything and had to reschedule to come back on the morning. So my family had to go another night without water. Oh, also he spent 2 hours of our time out "looking for a part" to fix the issue. 3. We set a 10 am appointment that was a no show. The guy never came to work. "He had truck issues". However, no one at the office was aware of our rescheduled appointment or knew anything about our previous appointment. So, I wasted my mother in-law's time by having her waiting on an appointment that never show. So after arguing back and forth with the office, which I shouldn't have had to do, they finally "bump me up in the order, supposedly". But the next still didn't get to my place until 3 and since he had no idea of the situation due to horrible reporting, I had to take off again to come home and explain the situation. The next guy Leroy was knowledgable and fixed the issue. I will however, never use this location or any of the companies that carry the Roto Rooter name again!

The tech was nice but 325.00 for less then an hour work, was excessive, but I panicked I looked it up the average cost for a clean out is 150.00 to 200.00, the camera tech came out the next afternoon and we have roots in sewer line right by our clean out drain which I am not disputing but and additional 750.00 supposedly giving me credit for the 325.00 I have already spent, less then 5 ft. of pipe only about 3 to 4 ft. Down once again I looked it up average cost 50.00 to a 100.00 per foot. I just feel uncomfortable with these cost, the average high side is a total of 700.00 but this is a total of $ 1,025.00 I took a bath tonight and the toilet gurgled and backed up in the other bathroom when the tub drained, water damage is serious and needs to be avoided at all cost but I just do not feel comfortable I feel like I was taken advantage of by the technician that was unable to fix the problem obviously with a clean out.
