I was very nervous going to a new Dentist, but the experience at Dr. Miller's Office ended my fears. The office was sparkling clean, staff was friendly and Dr. Miller was kind and supportive of my TMJ problems. Middleburg Family Denistry was a good choice for me.
I received a mailer at my home for $59 Cleaning, Exam & X-rays as a new patient. After two and half hours I was told I would need a deep cleaning which would cost about $1000.00 per side. Unfortunately, I do not have dental insurance. I then asked if I could just get the regular cleaning advertised in the mailer in which I wast told, "It's not really a cleaning, it's just a polishing". End result: no cleaning and a $40.85 bill for nothing.
The staff are very nice, though.
More KIND and CONSIDERATE this group could not possibly be. From the front desk to the procedural team, it's ALL about the patient. Saving for the nexr step. My goodness these people give dentistry a GOOD name. Most sincerely
I've never been fond of subjecting myself to dental work, but I recently became a patient at Middleburg Family Dental Care in order to replace a lost front crown and to catch up on some much needed treatment. I have no doubt that I made the right choice in dentists and have been impressed from the moment I walked into the state of the art facility and began my association with Dr. Miller and his exceptional staff. As a 70 year old, I believe I'm experienced enough to say that Middleburg Family Dental Care has provided me with the best dental care in my life.
Both dentists are wonderful. Friendly and efficient. Your staff is equally friendly and efficient. It appears to be a family atmosphere. Very comfortable talking to both dentists and staff. These days you don't always get that type of treatment.
